1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Revv Co or use our services. By using our website, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit availability of any product at any time. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content is complete, accurate, or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel affected orders.
Electric bicycle classification
Revv Co electric bicycles are designed and sold as Class 2 electric bicycles under applicable federal and state laws, with a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph and a motor not exceeding 750 watts. It is your responsibility to confirm the legal classification and permissible use of the product in your jurisdiction before purchase, and to comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, helmet requirements, age restrictions, and licensing rules.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors (currently Shopify Payments / Stripe) and do not store your full payment card information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Revv Co is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours. 5. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund process is described in detail on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the return and refund terms stated there.
6. Warranty
Revv Co products are covered by a limited warranty as described on our Warranty & Service page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This limited warranty is the only warranty provided and is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Rental Services
Revv Co rental services are subject to additional terms and conditions presented at the time of rental. All renters must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid government-issued ID, and comply with all local traffic laws. You are responsible for any damage to rental equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Revv Co reserves the right to deny rental service at its discretion.
8. Operator Program
Expressing interest in the Revv Co Operator Program by completing our inquiry form does not create any binding agreement, franchise relationship, or license. Any formal operator agreement will be governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and code — is the property of Revv Co LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.
