Bike Delivery

Delivery area

We deliver bikes directly within a 75-mile radius of Reno, Nevada at no additional charge. Local delivery is handled by our team — not a freight carrier — so we can ensure the bike arrives in perfect condition.

Outside the 75-mile radius? Contact us before placing your order to confirm a shipping arrangement. Custom delivery and freight options are available on a case-by-case basis. Orders placed by customers outside the local delivery area without prior confirmation may be held until a shipping arrangement is agreed upon. We don't want anyone to purchase without a plan in place.

Cost

Local delivery within the 75-mile radius is free. Custom shipping outside that radius is quoted individually based on destination and logistics.

Lead time

Revv Co bikes are built to order — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means your bike is assembled specifically for you, which takes time but ensures it leaves in perfect condition. If your configuration is in stock, we'll confirm availability and delivery timing after your order is placed. For bikes built to order, the typical lead time is approximately 3 months from order confirmation. All lead times are estimates and may be affected by component availability, manufacturing schedules, or carrier delays outside Revv Co's control. We'll keep you updated at each stage and are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or logistics providers.

Assembly

Local deliveries and pickups arrive 100% assembled and ready to ride — our team handles everything before it reaches you. Bikes that are custom-shipped require a short final assembly: installing the pedals, handlebars, and handlebar controls and accessories. Full instructions are included in the box.

Local pickup & delivery courtesy

Prefer to come to us? Local pickup in Reno is available and encouraged. Reach out after ordering and we'll coordinate a time. Your bike will be fully assembled and ready when you arrive.

For local deliveries, our team may offer a brief walkthrough of the bike's controls, display, and features at the time of handoff. This is a courtesy — it is not a required service and is not a substitute for reading the owner's manual. Revv Co is not liable for any damages, injury, or loss that occur during or after delivery, including as a result of any assistance provided on-site by our team. Ownership and all associated risk transfer to the buyer at the time of delivery.

Bike Returns

Return window

Bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all bike sales are final.

What qualifies

To be eligible for return, the bike must be:

  • In its original, unmodified condition
  • Minimally used — test rides are fine; regular use is not
  • Returned in original packaging with all included accessories and hardware
  • Free from damage caused by the buyer

Contact us before shipping anything back. Returns without prior written authorization will not be accepted. Email team@mail.revv-co.com with your order number to initiate the process. Revv Co's inspection upon receipt is final in determining return eligibility and refund amount.

What doesn't qualify

  • Bikes with modifications, aftermarket parts, or buyer-caused cosmetic damage
  • Bikes returned without original packaging or with missing hardware
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window
  • Bikes whose return shipping damage is attributable to inadequate packaging by the buyer

Restocking fee

A $200 restocking fee applies to all bike returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We'll provide instructions and carrier guidance once your return is authorized. The bike must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit — Revv Co is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

Refund method & timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned bike, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are issued only to the payment method used at checkout and cannot be redirected. You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund, no questions asked. After 48 hours, cancellations on in-progress builds are subject to a $200 cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already committed. Once a bike has shipped or been scheduled for local delivery, it cannot be cancelled — the standard return process applies instead. To request a cancellation, email team@mail.revv-co.com with your order number.

Financing refunds (Shop Pay Installments / Affirm)

If your purchase was financed through Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm), Revv Co issues the refund in the same manner as any return. Once processed, the refund is applied by Affirm to your outstanding loan balance first; any amount exceeding your remaining balance is returned to your original payment method.

Your scheduled installment payments continue as normal while your return is being processed. Do not pause or miss payments while awaiting a refund — that is between you and Affirm and is unaffected by your return status with Revv Co. Affirm will notify you directly once the refund has been applied and your balance updated, typically within 3–10 business days of Revv Co issuing the refund.

Merch & Accessories

Shipping coverage

Apparel and accessories ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon arrival — these charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected or remitted by Revv Co.

Returns

Merch and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. No restocking fee applies to merch returns.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, reach out before sending anything back and we'll confirm availability. Exchange requests are handled case by case.

Final sale

Discounted and sale-priced items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your bike arrives with visible shipping damage, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us at team@mail.revv-co.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We'll determine the right resolution — repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement — and handle it from there. Do not attempt any repairs before reaching out. For defects that appear after delivery, the warranty page is the right next step.
