We bring the bike to you — trailhead, hotel, Airbnb, or wherever you're based in the Reno/Tahoe area. Tell us your drop-off spot when you book and we'll coordinate a delivery time. No driving to a shop, no waiting in line.

Rentals are hourly ($80/hr) or full-day ($250 for 8 hours). Multi-day rentals are available too — just let us know your dates in the inquiry form and we'll confirm pricing.

Every rental includes a fully charged Surfline (SL or Auto), a helmet, a quick safety walkthrough at delivery, and pickup from your location when you're done.

Our rental bikes are Class 2 configured with throttle and pedal assist governed to 20 mph. In most states, no license, registration, or insurance is required for Class 2 e-bikes — but rules vary by location. You must be 18 or older to rent. Helmet is required and included. We'll help recommend ride areas, but riders are responsible for following local road, path, trail, and park rules.

Yes — we require a $500 refundable deposit before your bike is delivered. It's returned in full when we pick the bike up and confirm it's undamaged. Minor normal wear is expected and covered. The deposit is purely a security hold, not a fee.

Minor wear is expected and covered. Significant damage will be assessed case by case and may be deducted from your deposit. We'll go over what counts as damage when we deliver the bike.

Yes. Multi-day rentals are available. Select a date range in the inquiry form and we'll confirm availability and pricing within 24 hours.

Yes. We deliver to trailheads, hotels, Airbnbs, beaches, and other pickup points across the Reno/Tahoe market. Tell us where you want to start and we'll coordinate the handoff.

No experience needed. When we deliver the bike we do a quick walkthrough — controls, assist levels, throttle, braking. Most riders are comfortable within 5 minutes.
